How to Send Messages in a Mavenlink Project

In this video, we are going to discuss how to send messages in a project.

Once you have typed your message you can choose to send it to specific people on your team. If you don’t select anyone your message will be visible to all users.

You can attach files to your post by selecting any file type from your computer. Alternatively you can attach a Google document and optionally give users edit permissions to that document.

Finally you can link your message to a task, deliverable or milestone in the project tracker. This means that you can later filter and see any messages that have been linked with a specific to do.

Once you have sent your message it will show in the project feed. This can be sorted chronologically or by newest reply. You can also filter the feed by messages with attachments, attachments only, or messages linked with a deliverable, making it quick to view specific messages according to your needs.

How do you use Real Time Messaging? Are there any other features you would like to see? Let us know in the comment section.
