A: Clayton Reeves - Social Babies is an online and offline business advertising company with a central focus on social media. We also offer event planning services for our clients.

Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?

A: Clayton - Mavenlink was found by the owner of the company in the Google Apps Marketplace when searching for an online project management solution for our business.

Q: Sean - What pain points has Mavenlink solved for your business?

A: Clayton - Mavenlink helped improve our transparency with our clients. We now have centralized communications with access to file and image sharing and the cost is absorbed by overhead.

Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?

A: Clayton - Our clients are small to mid-sized business owners: 100% of the clients are managed via Mavenlink (their weekly and monthly agendas), but their participation is under 50%. Our consultants love it, including myself. Ditto on the fellow co-workers.

Q: Sean - Can you please explain the results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps?

A: Clayton - We use an integrated Google Chrome browser for 100% of our business communications and operations. We run Google Docs and the five programs with it. I also use Google Translator often and look forward to Google Drive. We also offer to create and manage Google+ pages for our clients. Our integration with Quickbooks will happen before 2013.
