Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?
A: Ross Jurewitz - Founded in 2000, the Jurewitz Law Group aims to help people seriously injured get the help and compensation they deserve from insurance companies that will do everything to deny, delay, and diminish their claims.
Our San Diego personal injury law firm represents clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, and even Social Security disability.
Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?
A: Ross - We found Mavenlink through online project management in the Google Apps Marketplace.
Our law firm takes pride in being one of the most technologically advanced personal injury law firms out there, and we are constantly innovating in order to improve client experience.
So when it came to choosing the right project management tool, I swear we must have tested over a dozen other Google apps before we finally went with Mavenlink. Hands down, Mavenlink was the best.

Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?
A: Ross - So far, my staff and consultants love it! They use the space as a collaborative and creative venue (something that I don't see a lot of while IN the office). It certainly gives us an edge in the "boring lawyer" world.
Q: Sean - Please explain the results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.
A: Ross - Using Mavenlink with the Google Apps integration has helped me create and manage more projects. I mostly use it to integrate Google Calendar and Google Docs and it has helped me get a lot more organized.
I never miss any more deadlines, or if I do, my staff holds me accountable! How's that for transparency?
Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us or features you’d like to see?
A: Ross - I think it is very cool that we get the opportunity to share our experience with other Mavenlink users or potential users. It makes us feel good about our decision to go with this app. Kudos to the Mavenlink staff!
The one thing I would like to see is a smart phone/tablet app. This is always the first thing that comes up with my iPhone-using staff. (They love to complain!)
