Tivi Jones Develops Soul-Inspired Business Strategies for Making a Life, Not Just a Living

Recently, I was captivated by the witty, entertaining and informative blogger, marketer and Mavenlink user, Tivi Jones. If you have not been to her website, I'd recommend you check it out. Tivi is a digital marketing superstar. Not only is she a business consultant, she's a blogger that gives some serious insight on digital marketing for small businesses. I am a fan. Thank you, Tivi for introducing us to yourself, your business and your blog.

Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?

A: Tivi Jones - I'm a business consultant who provides lifestyle design resources for small business and "solopreneurs" with a focus on digital media marketing and online business strategy. I pride myself in delivering consulting resources that have humor, hustle and heart.

Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?

A: Tivi Jones - A client referred me.

Q: Sean - How would you describe Mavenlink to a colleague in one sentence or less?

A: Tivi Jones - An awesome project management software that I should also use to run my household! haha

Q: Sean - What pain points has Mavenlink solved for your business?

A: Tivi Jones - Mavenlink has helped me organize my processes! I love that I can make templates of tasks list, etc. That comes in handy. The only thing I would want from Mavenlink is the ability to add tasks, deliverables and milestones with a more calendar-friendly interface. I work within a lot of deadlines so having the ability to view a calendar first and then put in my assignments, all within Mavenlink, would be great.

Q: Sean - Please explain the results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.

A: Tivi Jones - Using Mavenlink with Google Apps has definitely made me more organized. And I'm up to date on every device I use. I also like that I can connect my Google docs as well. Mavenlink's syncronization with Google Apps is priceless!

Q: Sean - What Mavenlink feature(s) could you not live without?

A: Tivi Jones - Google Apps sycronization. Hands down.
