Keith Carlson has honed his passion for the business of Professional Services over the course of his technology career. After his tenure as a Partner with Accenture (where he launched and grew Accenture’s widely acclaimed CRM practice and partnership with Siebel Systems), Keith took his passion for PS to several successful Silicon Valley technology companies including Kintana (now HP Software), Mercury Interactive (now HP Software), Traiana (now ICAP), and Ellie Mae (Public). In each company Carlson leveraged his Professional Services philosophy and leadership to help create a force multiplier at each of these companies and drive them to profitable growth and successful exits.
